This has been the first commercial tender of the UK FLOR contract since the Tunnel opened in 1994 and was a highly competitive process, focussing on long-term assured delivery of high quality, value-driven services.
The commencement of this partnership marks a significant milestone for both Falck and Eurotunnel, looking forward to the evolution of the service and working together for the benefit of all customers, passengers and staff involved in tunnel operations.
